SMS Terms & Consent

VEREK sends two kinds of text messages, with separate consent for each. Marketing consent is never a condition of purchase.

Service (transactional) messages

Consent language presented at booking:

"I agree to receive text messages from VEREK about estimates I requested, appointments, technician arrival/ETA, service updates, invoices, payment issues, and other messages directly related to my service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help."

Marketing messages (optional)

"Optional: I agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages from VEREK, including offers, seasonal services, and renewal opportunities. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help."

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop that message category, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing never affects your service messages, and vice versa.
